Final pricing, the scope of work, and payment terms will be shown on a written estimate or invoice. Work begins once you approve it.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be defined on the estimate or invoice, or in a separate fleet account agreement.
Failure to make payments in accordance with agreed terms may result in:
- Suspension of services
- Delayed release of the vehicle or equipment where permitted by law
- Collection action if necessary
All balances must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule.
4. Scheduling, Response Times & Delays
Mobile and roadside response times, and repair timelines, may be affected by:
- Weather and road conditions
- Distance and traffic
- Parts availability
- Technician availability and jobs already in progress
- Site access limitations
SHD Fleet Service & Repair is not liable for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
5. Parts & Workmanship
Any warranty on parts or labor is stated on your written estimate or invoice, and is subject to:
- Proper use of the vehicle or equipment
- Routine maintenance
- No unauthorized alterations or damage
Continued operation of a unit after a known fault, or neglect of routine maintenance, may void warranty coverage.
Maintenance programs may be offered separately and are not automatically included unless stated in writing.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- SHD Fleet Service & Repair shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost loads, downtime, or lost revenue.
- Our liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the services provided.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content including:
- Logos
- Text
- Images
- Designs
Are the property of SHD Fleet Service & Repair and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
8. SMS & Electronic Communications
