Straight Answers

Before you call us

Can this be fixed on-site, or does it need the shop?

Most of it is on-site work: diagnostics, after-treatment, brakes, air systems, electrical, PM, and a lot of engine work. Rebuilds, welding and fabrication, heavy lifts, and driveline jobs come to the Opelika shop. Describe the symptom on the phone and we will tell you which it is before we roll.

Do you do DOT inspections?

Yes. DOT inspections are part of our fleet maintenance programs, and we can perform them on-site along with scheduled PM so your units stay compliant without leaving the yard.

My truck is in derate. Can you clear it?

We pull and interpret the fault codes, find the actual cause, and repair it, whether that is a sensor, the DPF/DEF after-treatment, the turbo, EGR, or the fuel system. Clearing a code without fixing the cause just puts you back on the shoulder.

Can you keep service records for our fleet?

Yes. Fleet maintenance programs include digital service records per unit and dispatch on your cadence, so PM happens on schedule instead of when something breaks.

What if the truck will not drive at all?

We come to it. If it genuinely cannot be repaired where it sits, we say so and coordinate a safe tow to our Opelika facility, which has the lifts and tooling for class 7–8 trucks.

Down a truck? Don't wait.
